  • " Our staff cannot stop raving about Coach BE's presentation. From staff who have been with our organization for 15 years vs brand new staff, all staff have expressed that this is the best presentation they've been a part of ever. Relatability and engagement was on 10! Thank you Coach BE for leaving us better than when you came! "

  • " What was powerful about his approaches is that they are all set up to break down unnecessary walls that hinder coming together as a team and being communicative with one another. It helped me to remember to express grace and understanding towards every team member. To keep in mind everyone has a story to tell and we all have similar values at the end. "

  • " Personally, I wanted to quit AND find another job but this had brought me back to my roots and why I continue to work with after school. They need me, and I'm happy where I'm at working with the wonderful families and community in Redlands. Coach BE!!! Thank you again for showing up and presenting a show out of your love and heart. we felt it and saw how much you love working with kids! "

The workplace as a whole will benefit from some of Coach BE’s approach because he was able to call us out on the spot and tell us our mistakes and what we need to do to fix it. He then would put it into the kids point of view and allow us to have an understanding of how they work. What i enjoyed most was how he was very approachable and had enough examples and factual information that supported his message.

I really like learning about ways to be thankful and how to show appreciation. I think it will make people more thankful and to appreciate our teachers and staff.

The most valuable thing I learned is to not worry about things that won’t affect you in the long term and I can use this in my personal life by not stressing on the little things.
